Social Impact

We invest in the training and professional development of our employees by conducting regular workshops and advanced qualification courses.
We also collaborate with educational institutions, providing support to students.

The Roomio brand uses materials with minimal environmental impact. We prioritize certified materials that contain a minimal amount of harmful substances.
In our production, we apply modern energy-saving technologies that minimize harmful emissions and reduce the negative impact on the environment. That is why we actively invest in equipment modernization — to lower energy consumption and increase production efficiency.

Since 2022, ROOMIO has been consistently supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During this time, we have:

• Purchased a vehicle for the front line

• Procured 680 chemical warmers, a ZPR-45 flashlight, sniper gloves, and trench candles

• Provided a DJI RC PRO drone controller and a tablet for a combat unit

• Supplied and covered usage of a StarLink terminal

• Provided clothing and footwear

• Organized the delivery of humanitarian aid from Belgium to Lviv region
  And much more.
  We actively cooperate with charitable foundations, local initiatives, and military units. We help where it’s needed — at the front, in hospitals, and in the rear.
  The total amount of aid has exceeded 1,000,000 UAH.
  But we don’t count every hryvnia spent — what matters to us is that each one brings us closer to Victory.

Our support is not limited to volunteering. We actively participate in social initiatives. Since 2024, we have joined the “For the Children of Our Defenders” platform.
We’ve taken a fallen soldier’s daughter under our care — providing monthly financial assistance and giving attention, care, and gifts to the family.
For us, this is more than charity — it’s gratitude and remembrance for those who defended our future.
We also support educational and cultural projects.
As part of the Furnicon 2024 conference, we organized a tour of our production for students and furniture industry colleagues.
We share our experience, inspire others, and promote a culture of responsible business in Ukraine.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, we couldn’t stay away. In 2022, ROOMIO’s team relocated from Kharkiv to Lviv region — and joined a large volunteer community.
We supported remote villages in Kharkiv region — Staryi Saltiv, Khotomlia, Vovchansk — where humanitarian aid didn’t reach. Our team organized logistics, collected and delivered medicines, baby items, food, and clothing.
Our volunteer logistics also extended beyond Ukraine. Together with partners in Denmark, we helped deliver 5 tons of humanitarian aid to displaced persons from eastern Ukraine temporarily living in Lviv region.
ROOMIO transported the cargo ourselves — because when there’s a vehicle and a will to help, we don’t hesitate.
We continue volunteering today. From 2023 to 2025, ROOMIO has participated in recreational rehabilitation for wounded soldiers, veterans, and children of servicemen.
Together with partners, we organize fishing trips, sports competitions, and nature outings — to support the emotional recovery of those who need it most.
In 2025 alone, we partnered in 14 rehabilitation events held at lakes across Lviv region.
Seeing smiles and bright eyes after captivity, injury, and loss — is priceless for us.
